Experience
| Jake began running at age 14 years old and competed in two marathons before he turned 17 (see News). In the off season from competitive running, he earned four varsity letters and was a three time captain of his schools wrestling team. Jake is currently training for his second bodybuilding show in summer 2009.
Jake draws on own athletic background, his experience working with a diverse group of clients, and knowledged gained from degree work in Exercise and Health Promotion (BS, expected May 2009) to motivate and coach others to achieve their own health and fitness goals. He enjoys working with clients from different backgrounds and believes that no goal is unattainable with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed. |
